Objective. Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly initial point of contact, offering accurate information and a consistently positive guest experience at our member services desk Essential functions. Check every member and guest in accurately and quickly. Direct guests to the membership department for club pricing, costs and enrollment. Manage member and guest enrollment in programs and events. Answer incoming calls in a clear and friendly and expedient manner. Provide information regarding acac programs and registration. Maintain up to date knowledge of programs, classes and club operations, events, policies, etc. Maintain an orderly and highly functional work area. Process POS transactions accurately and in an efficient manner. Know and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
