Job Details

Works with Production and Lean Teams to support TPM transition site wide. Develop TPM Team to support Individual Production Cells to improve Operational Availability. Lead Team to Implement TPM Program Element Strategies for each Production cell. Lead KPI Projects and Initiatives to support Safety, Impaired Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and TPM / Project Work Orders to improve the Overall Value or the Maintenance Organization. Support EHS projects in cell to ensure equipment meets required safety regulations and specifications from OSHA, NFPA, NEC, IEC to provides a safe working environment. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy as it pertains to machine health. Partner with Machine Utilization Team to complete Dimensional Verification study of machine and equipment function including machine level, alignment, and repeatability.
