Responsibilities:

1. Experience playing a leadership role in enterprise-wide Data Quality Management, Data Resource Management, Data Stewardship and/or Data Administration programs at a large company similar to Client.
2. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as the SEI CMMI.
3. Master Data Hub architecture, data design and implementation.
4. Data Quality Management and Data Architecture standardization.
5. Metadata management, design and integration.
6. Data Warehouse architecture, data design and implementation.
7. ERP Data Architecture.
8. Proven analytical skills to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional data standardization requirements.
9. Ability to resolve complex issues related to enterprise wide data architecture concerns.
10. Ability to architect data management enterprise solutions that are in alignment with strategic technology roadmap and emerging industry trends.
11. Experience in Computer Systems Validation and Software Quality Assurance.
12. Management style that exhibits high energy, strategic thinking, collaboration, direct communication and results orientation.

16. Provide leadership in defining an enterprise information architecture including:
1. Data Architecture Process Standards.
2. Metadata Management Infrastructure Strategy.
3. Master Data Hub Technology Architecture.
4. Architectural Deliverables associated with Portfolio Management and SDLC.
5. Develop value-added, strategic solutions and share best practices throughout the organization and the architectural community.
6. Collaborate with Global Shared Service Governance teams to institutionalize policy, standards and project related architectural deliverables.
7. Facilitate agreement of Enterprise Architecture definitions with Global Shared Service partners.
8. Provide leadership and direction for the definition of an enterprise data architecture that supports the business information needs.
9. Communicate with team members and other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner in order to keep them apprised of data architecture status and relevant issues of interest to, and impact on, the clients and their business areas.

Technical Qualifications:

1. Data Modeling.
2. Physical database design and database tuning expertise.
3. RDBMS skills.
4. SQL and PL/SQL experience.
5. Tool(s) proficiency such as ERWin, ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), Data Profiling, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for development and maintenance of application programs & interfaces; coordinates with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions.
2. Demonstrates command of multiple programming languages, basic systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage, and interfacing.
3. Maintains peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, COE, etc.) to support effective implementations.

Qualifications:

1. Full system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation.
2. Experience with process quality methodology.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver.
5. Demonstrated leadership in all areas of business analysis, including client interaction, process design, requirements management and functional design.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff.
8. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.
9. Minimum 4 years IT program development experience or equivalent.
