Position Overview:We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented Executive Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, a passion for flavor and presentation, and creativity that will push boundaries!Responsibilities:* Design and execute a high-quality dessert menu that aligns with the restaurant's multiple concepts* Ensure all pastries and desserts meet high standards and restaurant quality expectations* Oversee prep, plating, and consistency of all dessert items* Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively* Train and supervise any pastry assistants or kitchen staff as needed* Travel between locations to verify Standarads are metQualifications:* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Executive Pastry Chef or in a similar role* Formal training in pastry or culinary arts preferred* Strong understanding of flavor pairing, plating, and dessert presentation* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor* Able to work evenings and weekends as neededBenefits:* Competitive pay based on experience* Positive, respectful work environment* Opportunity to work in a creative and growing culinary space
