Blender Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Blender Operator for a company based in Cowpens, SC. In this role you will have the opportunity to operate industrial blending equipment to produce high-quality mixtures used. You will work as key of the production team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to all safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate
$17.00-$19.00

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 3:00PM- 12:00 AM

Blender Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up and operate blending machines to mix raw materials according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
• Monitor blending process to ensure proper mixing time, temperature, and consistency of materials
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain blending equipment and work area to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, timing, and other variables for optimal blend quality
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into blenders following exact formulas or batch instructions

Blender Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, or chemical blending environment preferred.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
