- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Be an asset to our already great team.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide billing expertise to current customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system preferred
