OverviewLingo Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing company in the solar industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will oversee multiple small-scale solar projects nationwide, ensuring smooth communication with vendors, engineers, contractors, and homeowners. There is no travel required with this position. Professionals with Vertical construction are welcome to apply. We're looking for a highly organized professional who can manage details, timelines, and logistics while serving as a trusted partner to homeowners throughout the installation process.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple small-scale solar projects simultaneously across the U.S. (from the SC branch)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, coordinating scheduling and communicating timelines.
  • Partner with vendors, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Confirm project completion and accuracy before invoices are processed.
  • Handle estimating, logistics, and scheduling for project execution.
  • Track project progress, proactively resolving issues and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project activities.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management, preferably in the solar industry or related construction fields (vertical construction or residential home projects may translate well).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with homeowners, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Knowledge of project estimating, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with solar industry terminology and processes strongly .
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment

  • Office-based in Taylors, SC with project oversight across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Regular homeowner and vendor communication required.
  • Fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with multiple active projects.
