Job Details

Support, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes for Aluminide and T 800 coatings, as well as braze operations on turbine components and related hardware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Materials, Maintenance, and Industrialization) to drive process improvements and resolve technical challenges. Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, specifications, and internal quality requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions, work instructions, and control plans. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or non-conformances. Monitor and analyze process metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide technical guidance and training for production personnel on best practices in coating and braze operations.
