The focus of our department is Material Control, Transportation Control, and Delivery Assurance. We are the Gatekeepers of the supply chain for the ultimate driving machine. Launch parts availability monitoring and reporting. Developing, measuring, and reporting on various KPIs including: parts availability; inventory accuracy; on-time delivery adherence; expedited freight costs; pre-series delivery performance and logistical qualification Supporting various work packages targeting process improvements and optimized value streams. Improving handover and part transition process from launch into series.
