The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. This internship will be part of the Talent, Inclusion, and Communication group as part of the Learning and Leadership Development team. A Day In The Life Every day at Hubbell is different and youll contribute in many ways. On any given day, youll make a difference by: Applying skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to on-the-job experiences as you support updating and creating assets that are Hubbell's talent architecture (role profiles, competency model collateral, training courses, elearning assets, etc.) Working on comprehensive, value-added projects in the Learning & Leadership Development space.
