NEW Cytotechnologist Opening - Full Time Greenville, SC | DAY Shift We are seeking a Cytotechnologist to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will examine cells on glass slides to detect evidence of disease, pre-malignant, and malignant conditions. Responsibilities include: examining gynecological and non-gynecological slides according to department protocols, recording findings in the computer system and daily logs, troubleshooting instruments and methods, maintaining QA/ QC documentation, identifying and correcting issues that may impact results, and adhering to safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards. Education and Licensure: minimum of two years of college and graduation from an approved School of Cytotechnology required. National ASCP certification as a Cytotechnologist required. Valid Tennessee Cytotechnologist License required. Continuing education must be maintained for certification and licensure.
