The Production Shift Leader facilitates the development of high performance teams within the plants and ensures the team'sexecution of standard work and compliance with our base systems for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The PSL creates aculture of engagement within and between the teams to directly impact and consistently meet plant objectives anddeliverables. This position ensures that high performance teams work collaboratively in the decision making processes andthat the decisions are in alignment with plant goals and objectives, OSHA requirements and current Human Resources (HR)guidelines. People engagement and involvement are critical in creating and sustaining a high performance team culture;therefore, the Shift Leader will be responsible for leading by example and foster the development of individuals.
