Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC. Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment. Models and reinforces company policies/practices to ensure that work is performed in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values and in collaboration with other functions. Monitors physical requirements for work completion (facilities, tools, environmental) and communicates same on an ongoing basis to supervisor. Workorder responsibilities will include opening/closing workorders, recognizing when warranty or goodwill should be filed. High level of communication with multiple departments including shops and rental staff. Demonstrates good customer relations and support. Provide input on evaluation of skills, behaviors and performance of rental shop technician to assist supervisor to complete annual and quarterly reviews of employees.
