Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Asphalt Paving Foreman in Duncan, SC. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. Main Responsibilities Supervises all phases of a paving operation such as maintenance of equipment, employees, and distribution of product. Responsible for implementing environmental, health and safety regulations and policies (local, state and government). Responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment. Must keep equipment serviced, lubricated, and in good working order, including good housekeeping. Responsible for planning, organizing and coordination of daily activities and work assignments for your team. Responsible for deliveries, productions, record keeping, creating and submitting reports using email and fax with Word and Excel.
