Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL, SSIS, and Python.
- Support data engineering projects including server migrations and rebuilding data pools.
- Migrate on-prem SQL Server databases into production environments.
- Troubleshoot system dependencies and ensure seamless data transitions.
- Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively drive tasks to completion.
- Engage with senior technical leads to align on architecture and implementation strategies.
- 5-7 years of experience in data engineering with strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and Python.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.
