• Full time position averaging 38 hours per week
• Compensation will be based on experience.

Functions include but are not limited to the following:

Duties include explaining the primary benefit for the prescribed orthodontic treatment, providing cost estimates, arranging a payment plan, or researching insurance coverage for the patient. This role is usually the first point of contact for patients who have questions or concerns about their procedure.

Responsibilities focus on working with a patient through the initial consultation and first phase of their orthodontics treatment or procedure. The Treatment Coordinator will take initial x-rays and photos for in-depth consultation. Also, scheduling, discussing treatment contracts, and scheduling appointments.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
