Role: Full time position. The IT Department at CrowdStrike is seeking a GTM Technology Business Operations Director to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across our IT organization. This leadership role will shape how we scale operations, optimize processes, and deliver world-class IT services to support CrowdStrikes mission.
Act as a strategic partner to IT delivery leads across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, and Product, aligning GTM technology priorities and ensuring cross-functional execution is consistent and on track.
Identify and resolve GTM process inefficiencies using a consulting mindset to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions with speed and precision.
Launch and scale high-impact initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen GTM applications delivery capabilities, partnering with delivery leads to ensure prioritization and performance.
Review delivery across lead-to-cash systems (CRM, CPQ, Billing, Analytics, and downstream integrations) to ensure seamless operations, trusted data, and transparency across GTM teams.
Own budgets, OKRs, and utilization metrics, driving financial discipline, proactive performance management, and alignment to company objectives.
Establish and maintain operating rhythms (status reports, business reviews, planning sessions) that drive accountability, transparency, and executive alignment.
Provide executive-level counsel and support through briefing materials, agenda setting, strategic communications, and program orchestration.
Architect scalable operational frameworks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, enable KPI-driven decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of progressive experience in technology operations
Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
Strong background in OKR methodology and implementation
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing operating rhythms
Excellence in performance measurement and metrics tracking
Experience managing budgets and resources in a large-scale IT organization
Experience scaling operations in hypergrowth SaaS companies
Management consulting background at top-tier firms
Advanced expertise in automation and workflow optimization
Experience with modern collaboration tools and Workboard
Track record of implementing successful operating rhythms in high-growth environments

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $170,000 - $260,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
