Continuous Education and Licensure: Successfully complete testing for mortgage licensing and appropriate state licensing as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RESPA through continuing education courses. Support and Coordination: Update the loan application with any missing data. Maintain notes within the Loan Origination System to ensure complete exchange of information.
