Communicates to management any changes or issues that may impact department or company performance and collaborates with management to achieve resoultion. Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and product quality utilizing VPS methodology. Proactively addressing and resolving supplier quality issues that could negatively impact our products. Make tactical decisions for urgent issues and support teams in problem-solving and prevention. Strategically anticipate change and drive initiatives to meet department goals and maintain continuous improvement across all measurable metrics. Communicate effectively with management about any potential impacts to department or company performance, collaborating to find solutions. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
