Role Responsibilities

1. Manage essential plastic mixing and production operations using designated machinery.
2. Follow detailed production schedules to ensure accurate and efficient pellet creation.
3. Liaise directly with supervisors to resolve production-related queries.
4. Offer relief for other team members and adapt to variable tasks when necessary.
5. Ensure probationary goals are met within the 90-day window.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order within work areas.
7. Engage in team meetings to align with department objectives.

Physical Prerequisites

• Adept at handling bags weighing up to 60 lbs, repeatedly throughout shifts.
• Capability to move significant material volumes, up to 40,000 pounds per shift.
• Operate machinery safely and effectively, including forklifts and blenders.
• Capability to maneuver in tight or elevated spaces as needed.
• Consistent use of personal protective gear in compliance with safety regulations.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Interpretation and practical application of technical documents.
• Strong mathematical ability for accurate computation in production metrics.
• Reliable attendance to support a 24/7 production schedule.
• Experience working in warm conditions and adherence to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to transition between shifts following successful training completion.
• Safe and licensed operation of forklifts and adherence to PPE policies.
