Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

As the newest member of our talented team, youll be a key component in managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You are a self-motivated, collaborative professional with at least 5 years of professional full-time experience who thrives on the nuances of architectural project managementparticularly in a small firm environment where you can wear many hats and see the full lifecycle of a project. You love orchestrating the details that ensure efficiency, compliance, and creativity, and youre equally comfortable reviewing code compliance, refining technical drawings, or aligning with stakeholders on budgets and timelines. How youll spend your day:

  • Overseeing and coordinating architectural projects from inception to completion, including developing scope, schedule, budgets and project plans
  • Presenting design concepts and project updates to the team and client stakeholders
  • Managing all documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits and design specifications to meet codes and regulations
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying and resolving any issues timely and effectively
  • Working collaboratively with your team, ensuring every detail is taken care of driving each toward on time delivery
  • Jumping in wherever you can to help bring our projects to life

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelors degree in architecture and at least 5 years of professional full-time experience with an architectural firm and 2 years of recent experience in a project management role
  • Technologically savvy with an advanced level of hands-on competency with REVIT and coordinating engineering drawings
  • Ability to apply architectural design principles and construction processes to diverse projects
  • Demonstrated project management skills and proficiency with mainstream project management software
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Nimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to identify potential issues and respond proactively
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills comfortable presenting design concepts and project updates to clients
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and pride of ownership
