Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist with ARRT and SCRQSA certification, 1-year Epic EMR experience, and BLS for a night shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in an MRI department serving diverse patient populations
- Part-time evening shifts from 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday through Friday
- No on-call requirements
- Potential to float to other qualified units or campuses as needed by census
- Utilizes Epic EMR system, with 1-year experience required
- Must complete pre-assignment modules within 48 hours of login receipt
- Up to 16 hours of module completion can be reimbursed
- Mandatory orientation is held every Monday
- Travelers are required to float only within competencies and demonstrated skills
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Travelers under 50 miles from the flagship hospital are not eligible for this assignment
Requirements
- Active ARRT and SCRQSA certifications required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in MRI required
- At least 1 year of recent experience with Epic EMR
- License required if applicable
- Must live at least 50 miles from the relevant flagship hospital for eligibility; full eligibility at 100+ miles
