Lead the design, implementation, and management of internship, mentorship, and other professional development programs. Partner with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to align programs with strategic goals. Facilitate presentations and workshops to promote talent initiatives. Use data analytics to assess impact and continuously improve programs Requirements for Success:Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. Equivalent experience in talent development, training, or program management may be considered in lieu of a degree, particularly if it demonstrates strong competencies in leadership development, employee engagement, and program execution 2 years of experience in talent development or training.
