The Combustion Aero Design Engineer will be a member of the Combustion Design module. This engineer will join the team responsible for and will have ownership of the Aero design of advanced gas turbine combustion system. This role will work in a team environment to apply design for new configurations or to improve hardware configurations to meet all operability, emissions, cost, and durability requirements. In addition, the aero engineer will work with the team to lead laboratory test to validate the designs, and/or to lead the field tests and commissioning testing. If needed, this engineer will work with cross function teams including Product Service to support the field issue root cause analysis and resolutions. Job Description.
