Position Summary
Assisting patients with placing meal orders via the Room Service Choice system. Answer basic diet questions related to the patient's diet order. Assists with communication between the Registered Dietitians, patient and other staff involved with patient's diet. Stock nourishments (snacks, beverages) in facility units as assigned. Collects patient meal trays on designated units and records patient meal and/or supplement intake.
Other duties as required (during Call Center downtime): Assisting Food service team wherever needed.
