Assists in directing, supervising, and coordinating the work activities of employees engaged in warehouse management, picking material, part presentation, lineside delivery and shipping finished goods seats to our customer. Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and team members as needed to ensure zero downtime Assists in planning and establishing work schedules and job assignments to meet customer targets Your Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in a related field Prior automotive and/or manufacturing experience Prior experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of warehouse management, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination Ability to evaluate, develop and execute resolution plan when unexpected issues ...Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse, Supervisor
