Design production and warehousing process. Maintain plant layouts in CAD. Lead process improvement activities with cross functional teams. Develop and maintain standard minutes using Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) for production and material handling processes. Develop and maintain Process flow diagrams and PFMEAs for production process. Responsible for assisting with optimization of manual, electric and pneumatic hand tools. Preparation and maintenance of Standard Work Instruction (SWI) sheets. Initiate and lea continuous improvement projects. Analyze data to optimize processes and their performance to KPI. Assist associates, team leaders and process technicians in troubleshooting manufacturing problems. Support ergonomic evaluations and equipment improvements. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as deemed necessary by engineering.
