Job Summary

Bench Patient Services Manager

Must be open to travel and relocation to Savannah, Augusta, or Charleston

In this role, youll lead a team that makes sure patients receive meals that meet both their health needs and personal preferences. Youll be part of a fast-paced hospital environment where compassion, service, and teamwork are everything.

What Youll Be Doing

• Leading, training, and supporting a team that delivers meals to patients with care and accuracy
• Making sure meals follow specific dietary needs while still tasting great
• Helping hit patient satisfaction goalsbecause great food and service matter in healing
• Keeping things running smoothly and staying compliant with healthcare regulations
• Joining in on hospital programs that improve quality, service, and patient experiences

What Were Looking For

• An associate degree + 1 year of foodservice experience OR a bachelors in foodservice management or a related field
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
• CDM, DTR, or RD credentials? Even better (but not required)
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Tech-savvy enough to use Microsoft Office, EMRs, and food service systems
