United Community is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Assistant II to support our Bank President. This role involves a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities, requiring sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of bank procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

What Youll Do
  • Manage the CEOs office, acting as administrator, secretary, and receptionist
  • Maintain the Presidents calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls, screen visitors, and handle inquiries
  • Draft, format, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the President
  • Handle confidential communications and documents
  • Order office supplies and manage purchasing needs
  • Assemble and verify loan documentation for the Bank President
  • Assist loan customers with document completion and accuracy
  • Order appraisals, credit reports, and background/reference checks
  • Respond to inquiries regarding loan information
What Were Looking For
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of office experience; banking experience preferred
  • Strong keyboarding and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with bank operations and procedures
  • Ability to obtain proper security clearance
  • Commitment to compliance training (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act/AML)
Conditions Of Employment
  • Must be able to pass a background & credit check
  • Requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • This is a full-time position
Travel
  • Up to 5% required.
