Responsibilities: Engage with pre-qualified leads using our proven follow-up system to understand their needs and goals in buying a home. Serve as a trusted advocate for clients, coordinating with listing agents and guiding transactions smoothly from start to finish. Support buyers through the purchase process , including budgeting guidance and connecting them with mortgage lenders to explore financing options. Prepare and manage transaction documents such as buyer representation agreements, purchase contracts, and repair requests to ensure seamless closings. Identify and present properties that align with client preferences through thoughtful consultation and property showings. Maintain consistent follow-up with clientssetting appointments, showing homes, and reporting progress to the team on a weekly basis. Communicate daily with potential clients via phone, text, and messaging to build relationships and move them forward in the buying process. Stay accountable to performance goals , tracking key metrics, and meeting weekly benchmarks for success. Qualifications: Current SC Real Estate license required (you can take all classes online now, ask for details). A track record of achievement, learning-based, with a positive outlook. Commitment to close 24+ transactions in the first full year with the help of our team and systems. Great tech skills and the ability to learn quickly. A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
