Electrical Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Keep production running by performing preventive maintenance, electrical repairs, and troubleshooting.
  
  
• Put your expertise to work on PLCs, motor controls, and industrial electrical circuits.
  
  
• Step up as the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.
  
  
• Use SAP-PM/OPRA to keep records accurate and reliable.
  
  
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team and occasionally connect with international colleagues during training in Germany.

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
  
  
• 2-3 years of electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing (automotive a plus).
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs and electrical systems.
  
  
• Confidence with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
  
  
• A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  
  
• Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently.
