Jack Porter is a multidisciplinary design group known for creating immersive brand experiences in the built environment. We design and deliver high-profile work for athletic programs, corporate brands, and institutions, bringing spaces to life through storytelling, branding, and experiential design.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer (1099 Contract) to support our Production Design Team. This is a project-based role focused on delivering 2D design and production-ready artwork that aligns with Jack Porter's creative vision and project standards.
Scope of Work
As a 1099 Graphic Designer, you will:
* Support the Production Design Team in developing graphics for stadiums, arenas, museums, retail spaces, and other branded environments.
* Translate design direction and sketches into refined layouts and presentation-ready deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver accurate, build-ready 2D art files.
* Collaborate with project leads and the Production Design Director to ensure graphics align with overall project goals.
* Contribute to design reviews by iterating quickly and implementing feedback effectively.
* Meet deadlines and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
Skills & Requirements
* 2+ years of professional design experience in a creative or experiential design firm.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Ability to work within the concepts created by the design directors and move them to polished deliverables in a timely manner.
* Solid understanding of branding principles and their integration into physical spaces.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to receive and implement feedback.
* Highly organized with attention to accuracy and detail in file prep and production.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, with reliability and accountability.
