What your day will look like:
• Manage, administer, and coordinate all employee benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, and life insurance programs, disability, medical and dependent daycare spending accounts, retirement plans, and cancer plans.
• Manage enrollment schedule and processes for new hire, bi-weekly benefits enrollment. Coordinate annual benefit renewal process
• Address employee benefit questions and concerns
• Ensure all employee benefits are managed in compliance with policy
• Supervise the staff of benefits analysts and ensure they are trained with policies and procedures.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management, business, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in benefits administration.
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
