Pasta Project is a fast-casual italian food concept in the Five-Forks area of Simpsonville. We are currently recruiting Back of House (kitchen) team members for our location, full time or part time.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to DHEC and Pasta Project rules and regulations and recipes.
Prep food
Assist in putting away truck orders.
Cook food to order.
Communicating with management if help is needed.
Ensure proper rotation and labeling of food, FIFO.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen
Wash dishes
Maintain food quality, consistency, and freshness.
Prepare catering
Breaking down and clean equipment
Responsibilities are not limited to direct job description; we expect all team members to perform any additional tasks asked of them by management.
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of food safe temperatures
Sense of Urgency
Organization, multi-tasking
Basic knife skills
Experience with sautee
Physical Job Requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Physical dexterity is required to clean work areas.
Able to work in a hot kitchen environment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Hourly pay plus tip share.
