Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Engineering; Masters or equivalent experience preferred. Experience:15 years of progressive engineering leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proven track record in biologics and sterile manufacturing. Strong knowledge of biopharma processes and GMP compliance. Skilled at managing large budgets and capital projects. Working Environment:Ability to travel globally up to 30% of the time.
