Responsibilities

• Develop and direct timelines and processes from study start-up to completion, including study materials and statistical methodology
• Track progress and report hindrances to established workflows, providing solutions as needed
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key study personnel and external sponsors
• Oversee research regulatory processes and documentation for clinical trials, including submissions to the Institutional Review Board (IRB)
• Participate in grant-writing, study protocol development, and manuscript development processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional research experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with staff and project stakeholders
• Strong skills in research methodology and statistical analyses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
