Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee modular construction projects from contract award through completion and will serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, and internal operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of modular construction methods and project delivery.
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities in collaboration with operations, design, and estimating teams.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and site operations to align factory production schedules with onsite installation and construction activities.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

• Coordinate with other departments for subcontracting and vendor coordination, including procurement and scheduling.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to clients and company leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and value engineering opportunities in modular construction delivery.
• Support business development and estimating teams in preconstruction activities, including proposals and client meetings.
Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in modular construction, prefabrication, or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of modular building systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
