Designs business processes and innovation change initiatives in partnership with the relevant local, global and/or central business departments with great autonomy. Facilitates delivery of IT services to process partners in assigned area of responsibility. Ensures strategic alignment with BMW Group core IT processes. Establishes strong partnerships with both business and IT process partners which culminates into the delivery of sustainable solutions to complex problems. Communicates with BMW Colleagues continuously through direct communications and project results (both small and large). Negotiates agreements with business and support functions in assigned area of responsibility. Seeks to take initiative and proactively pursue duties within assigned space.
