Analyzing and reporting quantitative data. Generating and reviewing SOPs. Utilizing lean manufacturing tools to assist in preparing detailed layouts of plant facilities to optimize material handling and product flow. Position will act as the primary resource for investigating, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for any process problems. Coordinating successful kaizen events with quantified success including assessment and effective sustainment of standard work. Coaching and training operational supervisors and staff to apply, support, sustain and develop a Continuous Improvement culture. Qualifications. Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform such as Power. BI, Power. Apps, Power. Automate is a plus. Knowledge of facility layout planning. Ability to apply innovative approaches to solve problems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5 S and Six Sigma.
