Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting the Office Exeuctives in his/her duties, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with senior staff, initial customer service, identifying and tracking the needs of current contracts and employees, onboarding new hires, and generating reports as to the overall condition of the office.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a fun, outgoing personality that will convey our eagerness to assist clients with the care of their patients; while at the same time, being able to communicate quickly and concisely. Experience in a home health office setting, with knowledge of staffing procedures and Medicare rules and regulations, is preferred. A two (2) year college degree or equivalent college hours preferred. The right candidate that possesses a quick learning curve with the ideal intelligence, personality, & computer savvy will be considered in lieu of college degree or experience. Must be an organized self-starter who is proficient with desktop and laptop computers running Windows operating system; Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software; and cell phone texting applications. Experience with C-Suite interactions is a plus!
