Instrumentation/Mechanical Technician (Maintenance)

Position: Instrumentation/Mechanical Technician (Maintenance)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

An Entry Level Instrumentation/Mechanical Technician will work alongside a fully qualified I/M Technician to learn the skills of the trade. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance duties such as installing equipment, maintaining mechanical systems, and repairing equipment.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Schematics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical
• Computer skills in Word and Excel
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Some experience in Industrial Maintenance (preferred)

Requirements:

• Arrive on time, reliably, and complete each shift
• Follow all safety rules and standards
• Understand and follow supervisor instructions

Physical Profile Requirements:

The job requires physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and operating a vehicle. Manual dexterity for computer use is also necessary.
