Opportunity

The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in prima practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle's applications and technology space. This group advises clients to understand, architect, and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your focus will be on helping clients to achieve the following key benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and client executives
• Leading and managing global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training, and rollout of application implementations
• Managing and guiding a team of technology professionals advising clients on best practices and approaches to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with application eco-system, migrate data, and to establish data privacy and data security and lead customer through Oracle's Cloud Services Ecosystem
• Assisting in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market
• Gaining understanding of vendor product roadmap, features, and functionalities and performing knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams
• Partnering with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design, and deliver innovative solutions
• Being responsible for the overall architecture, design, and technical oversight of complex business initiatives (centered around Oracle Cloud) in customer advisory engagements
• Participating in customer engagement planning and sales efforts. Review and influence existing customer strategic goals. Collect, prioritize, and document customer requirements with the customer
• Developing people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training

• Teaming with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions
• Demonstrating quality project execution and delivery by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively adjusting scope, timing, and resources as appropriate and if necessary
• Developing people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training
• Generating new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding EY and its service lines and actively assessing and presenting ways to apply knowledge and services
• Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
• Managing and supervising a team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing
• Interacting and communicating effectively with human resources and technology senior and middle management executives

To Qualify, Candidates Must Have:

Candidates must have:

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience
• 12-15 years of experience working with ERP application implementations system as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 6 years spent in a managerial and IT/business integration role
• Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience preferably for large organizations with global presence
• Proven track record in leading the development team responsible for integration, data migration, and reports development activities for Oracle Cloud applications
• Knowledge about integrations tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or any leading integration platform
• Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
• Proficient in leveraging Agile Approach and toolset used to drive hybrid-agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Prior consulting experience which includes building trusted relationships with C-Level executive management
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel as needed to meet client demand

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
• The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

• Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
