Join a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions supporting Aero-engine and Gas Turbine component production. Were looking for a highly skilled CNC EDM Programmer with expertise in Wire and Sinker EDM operations for high-precision components. Experience with multi-axis CNC systems, tight tolerances, and complex part geometries is essential.

Key Qualifications

• 510 years experience in CNC EDM programming (Wire, Sinker, or both)
• Strong background in precision machining for aerospace or turbine components
• Proficient with CAM software and multi-axis CNC programming
• Experience with machine setup, tooling, and process optimization
• Familiar with tight tolerance machining and inspection standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills

CNC Programmer Responsibilities Include

• Program and optimize EDM machines for complex aerospace/turbine parts
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Set up, test, and validate programs on advanced CNC EDM equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and modifications on the shop floor
• Provide support and training to operators and junior programmers
• Travel is required for training; a valid passport is required
