*Summary*
We are seeking a talented Barber/Stylist to join our team at Roosters Mens Grooming Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences. We provide an hourly guarantee rate of $14/hour while you build clientele. Commission of 40% will be paid once it is greater than the hourly guarantee. You can also expect great tips at this location.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services with precision and care.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barbershop.
* Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
* Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.
* Mentor junior staff members and assist in their development.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before use.
*Requirements*
* Valid barbering license or cosmetology license required.
* Proven experience as a barber or stylist in a professional setting.
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients.
* Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
* Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hairstyles.
