Position Overview:

The Associate Creative Director at Wonder is a key player in shaping and executing the agency's creative vision, bringing brand strategies and big ideas to life. This role is deeply passionate about the design details of brand strategy and UI design, while also contributing to concepts that merge compelling design with impactful copy. You will be responsible for overseeing teams of designers and writers, ensuring creative excellence across all mediums and channels. This position is for a leader who thrives on both hands-on creative work and guiding a team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that activate client brands.

Successful Outcomes:
  • Concept Development & Execution : Drive the creation of innovative concepts that integrate design and copy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.
  • Design & UI Excellence : Champion exceptional design and user interface solutions, bringing meticulous attention to detail to all visual aspects of brand strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and inspire a team of designers and writers, fostering their growth and ensuring their work aligns with project goals and Wonder's standards.

  • Deep expertise in design principles and a strong understanding of how copy supports visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable with hands-on creative involvement while maintaining a leadership perspective.

THE PROCESS

Here's Wonders 9-Step Hiring Process:

  1. Apply on our website from the LinkedIn job post below.
  2. If accepted, you'll be asked to record a 60-second video on why you're a great fit for this position. We'll assess it within 3 days.
  3. If accepted, we'll schedule a 30-minute Zoom interview to discuss your qualifications. Well respond within 3 days.
  4. If accepted, you're considered a Qualified Candidate and will be asked to take the Kolbe A Assessment and the Working Genius Assessment. You'll get copies of both for free.
  5. If accepted, you'll come in for a 90-minute interview with relevant team members at our offices.
  6. If accepted, you'll be held in our Final Candidate Queue and will be asked to come in for a Final In-Person Interview with the Hiring Manager.
  7. Once we have all Final Candidates to this step, well extend an offer to our desired Candidate verbally. Youll have 24 hours to ask questions and decide.
  8. If you accept the Verbal Offer, youll receive all details in a Formal Offer Letter and have 48 hours to accept the offer.
  9. Final step: Welcome to Wonder.
