Description:

SUMMARY:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and assist callers with inquiries. Meeting and greeting customers and vendors as they arrive.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and receive incoming packages. Prepare and send outgoing mail or packages.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents for easy access.
  • Create, proofread, and edit correspondence, documents, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and arrange meetings or conferences.
  • Working with vendors on the phone or in person.
  • Create and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Monitor office inventory and order supplies to ensure adequate stock.
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and computers for word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Transcribe meeting notes, draft minutes, and prepare agendas as needed.
  • Assist in general office management and support tasks, including running errands and helping with administrative processes.
