Are you a seasoned maintenance leader with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Facility and Maintenance Supervisor to join a dynamic manufacturing team on a 9-month assignment in Greenville, SC.

This is a hands-on role leading a skilled team of technicians, mechanics, and electricians. Your experience will help drive preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement-all while championing a safety-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise a team of 5 maintenance pros - support, guide, and coach.
• Manage preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Lead shop operations: tools, spare parts, fabrication, and more.
• Troubleshoot a mix of traditional and advanced equipment, including CNC systems.
• Use CMMS to plan and track activities, driving TPM efforts.
• Keep safety top of mind-audits, compliance, and training.
• Lead improvement projects to boost uptime and reduce costs.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership in industrial maintenance, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems and TPM processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, legacy equipment, and lean/kaizen practices is a big plus.
