Your Responsibilities:

• Complete all training as outlined in the Zaxbys Back of House Development Plan.
• Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to all guests.
• Prepare menu items following company standards in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations while operating kitchen equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and assist with inventory management.
• Work efficiently to prepare, cook, and assemble orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work between 32 to 40 hours a week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously; occasional bending and climbing may be required.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and guests.
• Ability to work in a temperature-variable environment with exposure to food allergens.
