Job Title- Controller
Industry :Real estate holdings
Location: Greer, SC
Pay: $100-110K
Schedule: M-F; onsite

Our client has 25 companies with various real estate holdings such as warehouses, commercial buildings and rental houses. Stable, closely held company.

What you get to do:

• Oversee an Accounting team of 3
• Maintain general ledgers and perform account recons and journal entries
• Daily cash management including monitoring bank accounts and moving funds between companies as necessary
• Review/process AP in a timely manner
• Financial reporting for Ownership group
• Month-end and year-end closing coordination
• Prepare necessary workpapers and info to external tax firm for tax reporting

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Background with closely-held, private entities
• Real estate industry experience a plus
• Must have really strong intercompany experience
• Quickbooks experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable morals and confidentiality
