Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes in scope, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate work progress and quality.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain organized records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
